Custom design consultation → 3D rendering → Free revisions until satisfaction
Sample creation → Client approval → Mass production → Quality control → Shipping
Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance of our quotation and receipt of deposit payment.
All products are manufactured using:
High-quality corrugated cardboard with soy-based eco-friendly inks
Dimensional tolerance within ±1mm using automated cutting technology
FSC, BSCI, Sedex 4P, ISO9001 certifications
All materials pass RoHS and REACH environmental testing standards.
Free 3D rendering and design revisions. Sample modifications provided at no additional cost.
50% deposit required upon order confirmation. Balance due before shipment.
Payment terms: Net 30 days for established customers. New customers require full payment or letter of credit.
Client retains ownership of all provided designs, logos, and trademarks. PopDisplay maintains confidentiality of all proprietary information.
Note: Custom designs created by PopDisplay remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery date.
PopDisplay's liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific order in question.
